3D MODELS (Click here for some examples)

Maltby Land Surveys has an in-house CAD department dedicated to the creation of three dimensional CAD models of buildings. These models have been derived from a survey carried out with a High definition Laser Scanner (HDS) that captures millions of points in the form of a point cloud. Specialist tools are then used to manipulate these clouds to facilitate the conversion to a CAD Model. This model can then be used for a number of things:-
 
 Elevations – Sections – Visualisations - Rights of Light Study (Legal) - Daylight & Sunlight Study (Planning) -  3d Plastic Model (using the latest 3d plotting technology)

Of course it may be you already design in 3d (perhaps using sketchup). We can provide your site as a model in any form you require including DWG(All versions Faces or Solid Model) ,DGN(Intergraph) and SKP (Sketchup). No more building a model from 2D information.
