Maltby Land Surveys Ltd is a multi-disciplinary Geomatics company which has developed over 25 years as a result of responding to the spatial data needs of its Clients. Complex hardware and software and three dimensional systems are combined for the translation of spatial data into digital and hardcopy outputs.
A host of services are provided ranging from Project Management and Consultancy to software design, support and training. Large-scale topographic mapping expertise is combined with the measurement of buildings and complex structures for development, planning and infrastructure design. The production of comprehensive plans, elevations and sections of buildings are a major element of the business.
Intelligent 2D and 3D spatial data is collected and analysed for many purposes such as Asset Management, Energy Performance Certification (
EPC) and Net Internal Area (
NIA) measurement for valuation and leasing purposes.
