THE STRATEGY

Competitive advantage will be developed not just by investing in technology, albeit essential to support the key markets, but primarily in innovative solutions for data delivery. This strategy will help meet increasing Client expectations and provide real added value to all Stakeholders.

We will maintain our market presence in both river related and building related activities but will always continue to seek alternative opportunities.

Staff will be mentored to improve operational efficiency and gain the necessary skills to enable them to progress into more technically demanding Geomatics activities. We will provide an environment which encourages development and empowers the individual in both technical disciplines and leadership. We will embrace any change which improves the way we work. Staff will be rewarded for their contribution towards this vision and strategy.
